Set on the banks of Lac Leman, this beautiful lake house was a light-filled property that needed bringing back to life after years of being filled with dark walls and furniture. We needed to turn it into a bright, fun family home that would be able to house lots of family and friends in a comfortable way. White-painted woodwork, lighter furnishings, and thoughtfully chosen rugs, fabrics, and cushions now create a bright, relaxed waterside atmosphere. The house only has 3 bedrooms but the owners wanted to be able to accommodate two families, so we created a kids bunk room: a beautiful and playful bedroom that comfortably sleeps 6 children.

The couple loved all things water related, especially boats so we tried to bring in small considered details that reflected these interests in a fun way.
